Granite State Dog Walking service is ideal for dogs whose owners work long days. Schedule a early to mid afternoon visit to your home to take your dog(s) for a short walk or engage in playtime in your securely fenced in yard. Your dog(s) will feel much better having the chance to relieve themselves rather than having to “hold it” for several hours. A midday break is also great for older dogs and puppies that need to relieve themselves more often.

Regular exercise helps to promote good physical and mental health (just like in humans.)
To give your dog a mid-day bathroom break Scheduled between 10-3pm:
Daily mid-day visits for puppies will help maintain a consistent housebreaking schedule and speed up the house training process. Crate trained puppies need to get out every 3 - 4 hours for proper training and socialization. Over-crating and under exercising can result in a hyperactive, under-socialized dog and daily walks will help to ensure a properly house broken/house trained pet. Elderly and adult dogs need bathroom breaks too. It is recommended that adult dogs have an opportunity to relieve themselves every 5-6hours and senior dogs may not be able to go as long anymore and will benefit from the bathroom break.
To help socialize your dog(s):
Getting your dog out for a mid-day walk will help you dog/puppy to adapt to their surroundings and become comfortable with their environment.
To help Reinforce Commands

Our dog walking services will provide routine practice for using basic commands such as "heel", "sit", "stay", & "come".
*Please note: I am not a trainer and do not recommend that dog walking replace basic obedience training, but I AM here to help reinforce the dog's established training through repetition.

Granite State Pet Sitting has a 24 hours Cancelation Policy on all daily dog walks & Pet Sitting Visits otherwise full payment of that day schedule is excepted. Granite State Pet Sitting Also has a 3 day cancelation policy on weekly vacation care unless of an unexpected emergency.
